The Vocal Jazz Ensemble of that award-winning Jazz Studies program at North Carolina Central University perform, comprising two Ella Fitzgerald Charitable Foundation Scholars in Jazz, and undergraduate and graduate students with rhythm section. The student and faculty arrangements of traditional and contemporary jazz span many styles of the genre.
