Dr. Kevin Watson is an Associate Professor of Music at Western University in London, Canada, where he teaches courses in music education and jazz studies, and serves as the Artistic Director of the Western University Jazz Ensemble. His research focuses on jazz education and his work is published in major journals including the Journal of Research in Music Education, Music Education Research, and Psychomusicology.
