Dr. Matt Leder is an avid educator and has performed as a guest artist / clinician throughout the US. He has served as Music Director/Instructor at Gadsden State since August 2014. Prior to this appointment, he was Chair of the Music Department at NNMC. He has also held faculty positions at Brown University, CCRI, St. George’s School, and the University of Colorado at Denver. Leder was a military musician for 12 years. He holds a DA in Music Education from the University of Northern Colorado, a MM in Jazz Studies from UNO, and a BM in Jazz Performance from ECU.
