The DSOA Jazz Ensemble 1 is a Downbeat Award Winning curricular ensemble that has performed nationally at many prestigious high school jazz festivals. While this ensemble's musical repertoire is rooted in the Swing, Blues and Afro Cuban music, we also explore more contemporary jazz styles.
