The Florida A&M University (FAMU) Jazz Ensemble performs with artistic and stylistic excellence and is noted for its diversity of style and its very capable musicians. This group also includes several jazz combos. Many former members of the FAMU Jazz Ensemble have developed successful careers as performers, recording artists, educators, and band leaders.
